You can actually purchase the 2019 GMC Sierra 3500 Denali with a factory puck package (that sits flush with your truck bed) or there are aftermarket options for using a 5th wheel hitch as well (which are offered with rails above or below the bed). If you decide to go aftermarket then I do recommend getting rails that sit below the bed because then when you aren't towing your 5th wheel hitch you have full access to your truck bed.
